Golden Mile Shopping Centre has been part of the Regina community for over 50 years. Our redevelopment project for this property will ensure Golden Mile Shopping Centre continues to serve the needs of the community for many years to come. Construction began spring of 2015 and has been carried out in phases in order to accommodate a number of tenant relocations. The final phase will be complete in spring 2018. The 92,000 square foot Real Canadian Superstore opened on April 28, 2017 and now occupies the central portion of the Centre. The centre's central location conveniently serves Regina's highest income residential population and is easily accessible from the city's main ring-road arterial.
